Ourexpress fee covers immediate manufacture of your item and express shipping with DHL. The total cost is EUR 50.

Our premium fee includes the cost of faster manufacture and shipping – the total is EUR 20.

If you select the standard optionyou will not be charged additional manufacture and delivery fees.

The prices listed for each service are for shipment within Germany only.

We accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

You can also pay via direct debit, credit card or on account using the payment service provider PayPal PLUS. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either create one or make the payment as a guest.

If you select express manufacture and delivery you will generally receive the personalized headstone you have ordered within 72 hours (3 days) of making the purchase.

SSL encryption makes private and secure communication via internet possible.

The SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer) uses a special type of encryption which ensures that the data cannot be read, intercepted, or manipulated. 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt e-mail listing the details of your order. This automatic message simply confirms that we have received your order. Once we have checked your order and the configured design, you will receive another e-mail confirming your order (“Thank you for ordering from us”).

After receiving the order confirmation e-mail, we will process and ship your order in accordance with the method you have chosen (express, premium, standard).

We will send you an invoice for our services. We send all invoices via e-mail to help save paper and protect the environment.
